ORDERS

All products are hand-made to order unless listed as ready to ship. Please allow 3-6 weeks from time of purchase for your item to ship. Slight variations may occur as each piece is made by hand.

CUSTOM ORDERS

At this time Sego has limited capacity for taking on custom orders. Pieces of high interest include: engagement rings, wedding bands, and other meaningful pieces. Please reach out with inquiries via the contact form. 

SHIPPING

Once your order is shipped you will be notified with a tracking number. Pieces are mailed via a flat rate and require a small additional sum for each additional item. If you would like your order rushed please reach out to arrange alternative delivery options. Please note: Sego is not responsible for lost, damaged, or unclaimed packages. 

RETURNS

All sales are final and non-refundable. This little studio does not have the capacity for returns that are not damaged. Reach out with questions or concerns regarding the size or fit before purchasing. If your item arrives broken or defective please let me know within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Please see repairs & damage. Buyer responsible for return shipping. 

REPAIRS & DAMAGE

If an item is damaged from normal wear and tear I will repair it free of charge in the first 3 months of purchase. While it's rare for a piece to arrive damaged, we will make it right. This is on a case-by-case basis. Together we will determine if the piece needs to be returned for repair or replaced altogether. Buyer responsible for return shipping.
